A year in pictures

I toyed with creating several different photo albums to post, but opted with one monster album encompassing all of 2007. Don't worry, I culled more than 2,000 pictures down to 88 of the very best. They are not in chronological order - but if you made it through my last marathon of a blog, you'll have a good idea when most of these were taken.

Click on the slideshow to be taken to Picasa to view larger versions of the pictures.

Hey Nate,

Thanks for the reply. I didn't look there for a response...silly me! Anyway, I love the slideshow. You have really become quite the photographer!

I can't even imagine the transition you and your family are going through, but in time, it will become home. I remember when I went to Japan I wouldn't leave the base for the first month I was there (granted, I was only 19). However, shortly thereafter I was out every chance I got, getting to know the people, and traveling everywhere. Soon, I knew Japan and Tokyo proper better than I knew my own city.

Anyway, I look forward to hearing about all of the great interactions and fun stories once you and the family feel more settled (and the holidays are over!)

Keep up the great blogging.

Pete

There was an anonymous suggestion in the Walter household to clarify that I did not take all of these pictures. Faith and I both have taken large amounts of pictures this year. Many of these pictures are taken by her.
